Hello everyone, I’m Malachy Lacy! Just six months ago, I never imagined I’d be where I am today—I didn’t even know how to sew or what screen printing was! But with determination and a clear vision, I turned my passion for design into reality through Centric USA. My college journey, earning an International Business degree, gave me the foundation to dive into the business world, learning marketing, algorithms, and the ins and outs of the industry. Now, Centric stands as proof that with hard work, perseverance and creativity, you can achieve anything you set your mind to!

Discovering my passion for fashion design and- streetwear
Fashion wasn’t always my path, but creativity runs in my veins. Inspired by my entrepreneurial parents and my Pop-Pop, Gus Lacy (Mr. Silk), a Philadelphia legend, I learned that success is self-made. My love for streetwear grew from my parents’ taste in 90s hip hop, graffiti, and breakdancing. As I grew older I discovered my passion for hands-on work—sewing, screen printing, and designing. I embrace challenges and believe in constant learning. For me, the journey of bringing ideas to life is what Centric is truly inspired by.
